”Orbita” Conference Hall

For the successful holding of your business events, Hotel Orbita has 2 halls with natural daylight: a conference hall with an area of 32 sq.m. and a capacity of 30 seats and a meeting room with an area of 21 sq.m. and a capacity of 10 seats. Both halls have air conditioning, wireless internet and telephone connection. At the request of the clients, technical equipment can be rented.

Prices of services:

  • Conference hall rent all day - BGN 90 / half day - BGN 60 / per hour - BGN 20.
  • Rent Meeting room all day - 60 BGN / half day - 40 BGN.
  • Flipchart - BGN 15
  • Multimedia - BGN 80
  • White screen - included in the price of the hall

Coffee breaks:

  • Option 1  – Schwartz coffee "Lavazza" / tea, mineral water 0.500 - 2.80 BGN / person
  • Option 2 – Schwartz coffee "Lavazza" / tea, mineral water 0.500 / soda 0.250 - 3.20 BGN / person
  • Option 3 – Schwartz coffee "Lavazza" / tea, mineral water 0.500 / soda 0.250, small sweets / crackers - BGN 4.50 / person

  • Type "Cinema" - for 30 participants
